One of my favorite recipes for potato souffle with chicken stuffing! You will do it many times and everyone will love it! Deep fried chicken literally takes off its taste!
6 chicken legs or 2 breasts
1 clove garlic
100 ml white wine
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
We start our recipe by cutting the chicken into small pieces.
Then finely chop the onion and fry it in hot olive oil. When the onion turns brown, add the garlic and carrot and continue frying. When they soften, add the chicken and sauté it. Once the chicken is colored, quench with the wine and let it evaporate for 5-10 minutes.
Then add the tomato sauce, oregano, pepper, salt and cook until they lose their liquids.
Then take a bowl and pass the boiled potatoes through the grater. Continue, incorporating the egg, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and finally add salt and pepper.
Then, with a wet spoon, make a layer of the potato puree in a 26 cm form.
Make a wall of potato puree around the perimeter and spread the warm chicken.
Then, cover with potato puree and spread grated gruyere cheese over it.
Finally, bake at 200 degrees Celcius, until golden brown.
