Do you like bread but want something different? I have a delicious and fragrant garlic bread with mozzarella, with an amazing batter! The magical garlic gives the food an incredible aroma. Let’s go straight to the kitchen! The delicious result will fascinate you!
350 g of flour
1 dry yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
140 ml milk
40 ml of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 clove of garlic
40 g butter
A little fresh onion
200 g cheese
Start the recipe by putting about half of the flour, yeast, sugar and warm milk in a pan and mix gently. Then add olive oil, egg, salt, a little flour and mix well. On the way, slowly work in the rest of the flour until it becomes dough.
Then put the dough in an oiled pan, cover with a towel and let rest for 30 minutes. When it’s done, we take a non-stick paper and put our dough on it. We shape it lightly and open it with our hands on a thick sheet.
Then divide the dough into square pieces and put together with the non-stick paper in a pan.
Then put chopped garlic, butter, a little fresh onion in a small bowl and stir. After the ingredients are well mixed, we take a brush and spread the mixture on the dough. We make sure that it goes everywhere.
In the places where we separated the square pieces, we add yellow cheese or mozzarella cut in the shape of a stick, as shown in the video below.
Bake golden brown at 180 degrees.
