Fluffy Donuts in the oven (With Jam and Chocolate) – DONUTS
See a delicious recipe for donuts that are made in the oven that you will not change!
1 dry yeast
100 g sugar
200 ml of milk
50 g butter
550 g flour
A little salt
We start by taking a bowl and dissolving the yeast and sugar in the warm milk. Then add the egg and melted butter and stir.
Then, add about half the flour, a little salt and continue stirring, slowly incorporating the rest of the flour until it becomes dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 1 hour.
When it is ready, we start to shape it slightly and divide it into 9 balls. We open each ball in a sheet and place jam or hazelnut praline (whatever we prefer). Then, we shape them again in balls and put them in a pan with non-stick paper. After we have put all the balls in the pan, we cover the pan with a towel and leave them for 1 hour to rise.
Finally, we bake them at 180 degrees until golden brown. We can serve them with powdered sugar or chocolate icing.
