A fast, very easy and very enjoyable dessert!
When I made it, I went crazy with its incredible taste! You can also enjoy it either as a dessert or as an ice cream! Whatever you want! I highly recommend it!
100 g hazelnuts
4 chocolate waffers
600 ml heavy cream
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
100 g of chocolate flakes
1 packet of petit ber (cookies etc)
We start the recipe by grinding the hazelnuts in a blender. When they are ready, put them in a small bowl. Then cut the chocolate chips into small pieces with a knife.
We continue making the whipped cream, beating the cold cream in a bowl. After the mixture is fluffy, incorporate the cold sweetened milk and continue mixing until the mixture is homogeneous.
Then add the chocolate chips, grated hazelnuts, chocolate flakes to the whipped cream mixture and mix lightly, to mix all the ingredients together.
Continue, breaking about half the petit ber cookies and continuing to mix. We keep the rest of the pti bers, because we will use them as a basis for our pan.
We take a 28×18 cm pan, and place a layer of petit ben cookies, thus creating the base of our dessert. Once we place them, we add the cream that we made in the previous step. Spread the cream to cover the entire surface. In case we want to enjoy our dessert as an ice cream, we cover it with a film and place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours, otherwise we don’t need to use the freezer.
